Every level will have a unique layout that is produced, and your beginning equipment will be randomly assigned. I just started the adventure, and I already can tell that this is a very solid title. I was convinced by the demo released a few months ago, and the full game delivers even more than I was expecting. It ticks all the cases that make a good top-down shooter/melee game, from responsive control and fluid movements, to satisfying weapons and dodge. The horrific and mysterious ambience is also on point, enhanced by sweet old-school visuals and minimalist but immersive sound design. It is a roguelike, and the difficulty is here, so be aware of it. It might not be for everyone.
