I had essentially zero expectations going into BLACKTAIL. A newly formed developer, creating a game based on folklore I am not particularly familiar with, to release at the tail-end of a year with very little in the way of marketing behind it. Thankfully, this game ended up surprising me in almost every facet, and while not all of its ideas work together perfectly.
