The Bathhouse | 地獄銭湯 is a Japanese horror game about the bathhouse. Great games, always give you a really weird and creepy vibe, Absolutely love the games! If you expect a Triple A game, I do not recommend getting the game, YET. Give it a few weeks, maybe a month or two before actually buying while they clean it up. Unfortunately there are people that join their patreon and expect a TOP NOTCH out of the gate triple A title.. But they don’t know anything about game development.. Some don’t even respect their rules of not publicizing the game until release and start giving it bad reviews before the game is even out, Which is unfair for the developers. Game does need slight touch ups, but overall, extremely good and creepy. All of their past ”buggy” games have been fixed, and updated.

It would be bad if the developers just released and never updated. But they are CONSTANTLY working, which is appreciated and respectable. I’m going to come back to this review to edit more with more thoughts, this game has a lot of bugs here and there. It’s still playable, but expect bugs. I want to point out you cannot get the good ending at all. From my experience of trying this game now of 8 tries, it seems nearly impossible. I’ve tried so much to get the tongs I needed for the key in order to get the good ending, but it bugs out so much where it’s unattainable.
