I really wanted to love this as i played and adored the original. The problem with this remaster is sadly quite a few things. The main one is the resolution. its states that it is a 4K remaster, the graphics have been remastered with somewhat questionable cartoony “improvement” art direction. However the main issue is that even on my 2k screen everything is massive. its like they took the 640×480 original scaled it up and overlaid higher res images over it and didn’t think that the player would like double the screen real estate to play with and smaller buildings. it is not even C&C Gold resolution, which was about right being double. so this was a huge disappointment and the sole reason.
