If it existed back then, it’d be a fine Blockbuster weekend rental, but there’s only 90 minutes of content here (which includes a few level replays for missed coins). This is a simple run and jump platformer that apes a few design notes from the US Super Mario Bros. 2 (rather brazenly, in a way devs of the early 1990s might not have risked doing), and for the most part it knows the lanes it’s staying in.
