The Strider sisters were young when they managed to flee slavery. After being adopted by the reptilian lissit and receiving fighting instruction, they go out on a quest to free the mines from their previous oppressors and save their father. Along the road, they meet a number of strange allies and take on evil foes. A cruel company, the Vibra Mining Company makes its money by exploiting slave labor. The Strider sisters sought safety with the lissit, a group of komodo warriors, after fleeing bondage at an early age. They learned what they needed from the Iissit to set the enslaved people free and punish their oppressors.
