Hopefully it gets harder later. Sometimes starting off with a boring part or one that isn’t polished can turn people off from playing a fun title they otherwise might have enjoyed. Usually that’s the case for a longer genre like an RPG, but Tiny Tactics might be the first Tower Defense I’ve felt that way about. The plot of this one is nothing much, basically just an excuse to justify the gameplay. The world has been caught up in an apocalypse, forcing the surviving humans (and non humans in some cases) to fight off waves of monsters in order to protect crystals with the power to keep them safe.
