Animations are often reused and some are lacking soundeffects. One particular object has no audio queue and is always shown from a specific angle to make it appear scary when you first see it. However as you show this object to other characters it may unintentionally startle you as it suddenly appears without warning the same way as when you first saw it. This could easily have been avoided by drawing a new, less creepy, image of the object or adding an audio queue to let the player know what their character is about to present.
