Although I don’t think the developers really anticipate they would sell standalone copies of this game, I have gone into more depth about several difficulties I have with this version and I still stand by my recommendation. Much better than the BS21 tram DLC, it included numerous upgrades that were long overdue, and those who got it for free found it delightful. Though I’m not sure if it works well alone, this game seems like what the DLC should have been, and the fact that it was given away for free to DLC owners suggests that they are aware of this as well.
