Even though this game was released less than an hour ago, I feel competent to write a review because I read it on my PS5 a while ago. My all-time favorite visual novel is this one. I think there are very few stories like this one that even non-anime fans may find interesting. Many of the clichés that turn off most people from the medium are avoided. Furthermore, this story marks the beginning of the entire Nasuverse, so you don’t need to know anything about Fate, Kara no Kyoukai, or Tsukihime to comprehend it—despite how vast the Type-Moon universe is. The distinctive cinematography and framing, combined with the exquisite art style, captivate the reader even more, as if the characters and plot weren’t engaging enough.
